RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensure websites perform optimally and efficiently, establish and monitor online goals, as well as customize website appearance and content- Must have expertise of SEO, SEM, website maintenance, sales funnel analysis and optimization, click-through campaigns, mobile campaigns, social media campaigns, data capture- Design & monitor digital marketing efforts for the company in coordination with other marketing efforts- Develop and implement activities to drive targeted web traffic- Provide in-depth analysis and reporting of website and digital marketing results to the team- Maintain e-database for the Festivals and execute e-marketing campaigns- Confidently take a broad vision/direction for a project and run with it- Multi-task multiple projects at once and research new opportunities- Graphic design & video editing skills a plus
REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Internet Marketing, Marketing/Communications or other related field plus work experience in related field- Advanced understanding of WordPress, Excel, Adobe Photoshop & Constant Contact- Expert in online marketing with experience managing and executing digital campaigns- Vast, proven knowledge of SEO and SEM, Google AdWords and Analytics- Deep understanding of utilizing data and insights to drive online digital marketing decisions- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic team environment- Excellent communication skills and experience in customer service- Trustworthy, responsive to changes and open to feedback- This person will be creative, passionate and s elf-motivated
